Yoga/Mobility for BJJ (module 1)

This is a course on how to teach a mobility warmup for BJJ.
It’s a course that everyone who did grappling for a long time wishes they had done when they started.
When you’ve completed it, you will have the skills that keep you on the mat doing what you love for many extra years. You’ll also feel confident enough to teach it to others, for fun or even as a job.

Who is this for

  • You want to do sports for a long time without major injuries
  • You feel like your gym lacks good mobility routines
  • You want both you and your gym to be a healthy place to train at

What will I learn?

  • 4 different lengths of warmup classes
  • how to confidently teach a group class
  • 1 Cool down / after-class stretching routine
  • the top mistakes all new instructors make, and what to do instead

How it works

  1. Buy the course (or take a free trial)
  2. Take the classes (self-paced studying)
  3. Learn the warmups (total study time ~10h)
  4. Graduate by taking the quiz + written assignment
  5. Start teaching at your BJJ gym (or your local cross fit, etc)

“Can I buy now and start later?” Yes. There is no time limits. You have lifetime access.

“Can I teach without a Belt in BJJ?” Yes. This works as well for Judo, Wrestling, Crossfit, or any other sport or activity where people need mobility.

“Can I teach this to kids?” Yes! Kids tend to do what their parents do, and when you get consistent enough, your kids will probably excel at this faster than you were hoping for 🙂

“I don’t think I want to teach, but just learn myself. Is this course still good for me?” Yes. There is a lot to learn here other than how to teach. This course is the quickest way for personal results, and the teaching aspect is just a bonus in your case.

I’m Sebastian, the founder

Me and my wife have been doing and seeing the benefits Yoga+Mobility has for BJJ for decades.
Without the skills you will learn in our courses, You will very likely end up stopping BJJ not because you want to, but because injuries will force you to.

I was about to quit too at age 26, with herniated discs and pain in every joint in my body.
This year (2024) I’m turning 40, and am still competing in the Adult division, and are in better shape than when I was 26 and can do handstands and full splits without any pain.

All it takes is 10-20 minutes of daily routine.
But you have to get started, and you have to follow through.
I will take you there – if you commit.
